英格玛集团受邀参加WEC年度大会，并荣获Trailblazer Award开拓者奖，集团董事长兼CEO庄志发表演讲

2024年4月23日，英格玛集团应世界就业联盟（WEC：World Employment Confederation）邀请，由集团董事长兼CEO庄志带领，赴葡萄牙里斯本参加WEC年度大会，并发表主旨演讲。

WEC年度大会是人力资源服务行业的世界级盛会！每年，世界就业联盟（WEC）的成员和合作伙伴都有机会通过大会加速他们的专业发展，扩大他们的网络，并获得宝贵的行业见解。

56个来自全球国家及地区的协会和企业会员的近200名成员代表们齐聚一堂共襄盛举，参加一年一度的WEC年会。在4月23日下午的全体成员大会上，英格玛集团董事长兼CEO庄志，作为中国首家全球企业会员代表，进行了全英文发言演讲。

以下为英文演讲实录及中英文演讲内容

今天能够站在这里，我用了 17 年。

尊敬的世界就业联盟成员、女士们、先生们，大家下午好。

很荣幸能与大家共聚世界就业联盟大会，我是英格玛集团的董事长兼 CEO 庄志。

英格玛集团与WEC的缘分从17年前开始。2007年我第一次接触到WEC，当时看到Denis介绍CIEET的会员,CIEET也就是WEC前身。我发现没有一家来自中国的公司，当时我在会议上说，我期望有一天中国公司的logo也可以出现在会员介绍的PPT上。但其实我当时内心的想法是这个来自中国的公司如果是英格玛就更好了！因为17年前，英格玛还是一个很小的公司，加入WEC对于那时的英格玛似乎是遥不可及的梦想。但从那时起，这个梦想就种在我的心里，也投射在了英格玛过去17年的成长当中。2008年我们就把WEC的前身-CIEET的行为准则写入了英格玛第一版企业宪章当中。到今天，WEC的行为准则已经陪伴英格玛宪章从1.0版本到5.0版本。2017年，我前往北京参加了WEC在中国举办的东北亚峰会，我记得当时我给Denis展示的应该是英格玛4.0版本的企业宪章。

2023年9月，我参访了WEC的比利时总部。通过深入探访、长时间的沟通与了解。在2023年的11月份，英格玛集团成为世界就业联盟有史以来中国首家全球企业会员！

好的，那现在让我来介绍一下英格玛。英格玛成立于2002年，是中国领先的人力资源外包服务提供商。我们的主要业务聚焦在制造业外包、服务业外包、金融外包、法务外包等，我们为客户提供一系列围绕人才培训、人才派遣和人才服务的解决方案。如今，我们已在中国有超过180家的分支机构，外派雇员达15万人，年供应人才总数超过20万人，服务客户超过4500家。

自英格玛创立以来，我们的使命一直是清晰的：让人力资本实现最大价值，从而推动社会发展，并让我们的世界变得更加美好。

我们秉持着这一使命，注重岗位的安全、注重数字化发展、同时公司每年投入净利润的5-10%用于行业研发。

Standing here, I've waited for 17 years！

Dear members of the World Employment Confederation，ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon. It is a great honor to be here with you all. I am Zhuang Zhi, the chairman and CEO of Engma Group.

The relationship between Engma Group and WEC began 17 years ago, In 2007, I saw Denis introducing the members of CIEET - the predecessor of WEC. I noticed that there were no companies from China. I said at the meeting that I hoped one day the logos of Chinese companies could also appear on the member introduction page.

But my inner thought at the time was it would be better if this company from China was Engma! Because 17 years ago, Engma was still a very small company, and joining the WEC seemed like an unattainable dream. Since then, this dream has been planted in my heart and has also been projected into Engma’s growth over the past 17 years.

In 2008, we put the code of conduct of CIEET - the predecessor of WEC, into the first version of Engma’s charter. To this day, WEC’s Code of Conduct has been in Engma Charter from version 1.0 to version 5.0. In 2017, I went to Beijing to join in the Northeast Asia Summit held by WEC in China, I remember that I showed Denis the version 4 of the Engma Charter.

In September 2023, I visited the WEC's headquarters in Belgium. Through in-depth visits and extensive communication, in November 2023, Engma Group became the first Chinese global corporate member of the WEC!

世界就业联盟（World Employment Confederation）欧盟人才库反馈世界就业联盟是全球私营就业服务行业的代言人，代表着各国联合会以及世界各地的劳动力解决方案公司。世界就业联盟的成员代表着广泛的人力资源服务，包括代理工作、直接招聘、职业管理、招聘流程外包（RPO）和管理服务提供商（MSP）。
